Kappa Dometic Cross Air Tailgate Awning

Quality Kampa product. This drive-away tailgate awning from Kampa is a little different as it attaches to the tailgate of your vehicle, it may feel like a gazebo but it has the flexibility to add additional annexes on either side to accomodate additional guests or to create another storage or living area.

It still has the Mutli-Point Inflation System which achieves a quick pitching within minutes. A deep attachment tunnel means that the tailgate is still able to be elevated for access and creates a seamless enclosure from van to awning.

It features crystal clear windows which not only offer good light but integrate toggle-up curtains for privacy if required. It's unique tunnel adjust system allows the material to fit snugly around the roof and sides of the vehicle, whilst webbing and pulley straps help the tunnel to take shape and prevent the elements from intruding, longer straps stretch to the front of the Campervan.

There are then two oversized hooks which clip onto the wheel arch either side to pull the tunnel sides closer to the vehicles bodywork. On the front a brow canopy shelters the door and provides ventilation. The main D shaped door can either be rolled halfway or fully back to open up the awning.
